At G·E·N·I·S·E™, each item is made especially for you as soon as your order is placed. Because of this personalized process, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, wrong sizing, or color preference.

However, if your order arrives with a defect, misprint, or damage, we’re here to make it right.

• The wrong item, size, or color is delivered

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

• A photo of the issue

• Your order number

• A short description of the problem

We'll review the claim and, if eligible, provide a full refund or a replacement — at no additional cost to you.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Items ordered in the wrong size or color

• Changes of mind after purchase

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
